Our $199 comprehensive evaluation includes a baseline blood panel, a 60-minute one-on-one consultation with a board-certified clinician, and a personalized treatment protocol built around your results*. To begin, schedule your initial consultation and complete the secure on-boarding documentation. Then receive a Quest requisition form to complete your blood work at a Quest Diagnostics convenient to you. Once resulted, meet with our clinician to review results and determine a treatment plan appropriate for you. Our hour-long evaluation appointments are available all day on Wednesdays.
